I thrive on providing each and every client the best possible service I can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Hair by JBC experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. 

Please make sure you are on-time for each appointment. Communicate if you're going to be a few minutes late, with our 15 minute grace period in mind. If you're experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule. If you've experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 2 weeks, please reschedule. No extra guests unless being serviced. Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Credit/Debit, and Cash App accepted.
